Built the Program That Funds the Mission
We built TOIPA from scratch — a paid program that runs itself, generating the revenue that sustains Link Foundation’s free core services.
IT consulting Sydney businesses can hold to account — independent of every vendor, run from an office in the CBD, and every recommendation carries the number it is expected to return.

Backed by real client outcomes. Here’s what building the right technology has actually delivered.

We built TOIPA from scratch — a paid program that runs itself, generating the revenue that sustains Link Foundation’s free core services.

Standard Access wanted to move beyond servicing into full toolkit asset management. We built the platform that makes it deliverable at scale.

We built an AI consultant for a major Australian flooring retailer that turns visitors into booked quotes — a lead channel that didn’t exist before.

Every Amex payment Pay processes needs a verified business address — or it stops. We built the workflow that delivers it in seconds, no one in the loop.
We work out of Level 57, 25 Martin Place, in the Sydney CBD — a few minutes from Wynyard and Martin Place stations. If you are in the city, the first conversation happens across a table rather than over a video call, and the people in that room are the people who do the work.
That matters more than it sounds. A great deal of IT consulting in Sydney is sold by one team and delivered by another, or scoped by a partner and executed by whoever is on the bench. We do not run an A-team and a B-team. The consultant who maps your systems is the one who writes the roadmap and stands behind the build.
We are independent of every vendor we assess. No reseller agreements, no referral commissions, no partner tier we are trying to protect — so a recommendation to keep what you already own is as available to us as a recommendation to replace it.
Working with us in Sydney
Seven lines of work. Most engagements start with one and widen once the first has paid for itself.
A costed three-year plan your board can approve — what gets replaced, what gets kept, what it costs, and in what order. Written to be executed, not filed.
An independent read on what you are actually running: where it is fragile, where you are paying twice, and which systems are quietly capping how fast the business can grow.
We hold no reseller agreements, so the shortlist is built from your requirements rather than our margin. We sit on your side of the table through the negotiation.
Where a breach or an outage would actually hurt, what it would cost per day, and the controls and recovery plan that close the gap — documented for your insurer and your auditor.
Licence sprawl, overlapping tools, and renewals nobody re-tendered. Usually the first thing we look at, because it is usually the fastest money back.
Getting your systems talking, so reporting stops being a monthly export-and-reconcile exercise and the manual re-keying between platforms disappears.
The part most IT consulting firms hand to somebody else. Our own engineers build what we recommended, and stay on it until it is measurably working.
That is what the first conversation is for. Most people arrive with a symptom — costs creeping, a system nobody trusts, a decision that keeps getting deferred — not a service name.

Most IT consulting engagements in Sydney end with a document. Ours end with something running. We are engineers who consult, not consultants who subcontract engineering — which is why we are willing to be measured on whether the recommendation actually worked.
Four stages, and you can stop after any of them. Nothing is scoped or priced until stage three.
An hour, free, in the CBD or remote. We listen to the symptom and tell you honestly whether it is a problem worth paying us for.
We go through what you are running, what it costs, and where the risk sits — and put a number on the gap between that and where you need to be.
A sequenced, costed plan — what changes, in what order, what it returns, and what happens if you do nothing. Board-ready.
Our engineers build it, in sprints, against the numbers agreed in stage three. We stay until those numbers show up.
Financial services in the CBD, professional firms across the city, logistics and government out west — each carries its own compliance load and its own legacy. We have worked in all of them.

Since going live we’ve cut admin time by over 60%, reduced stock issues, sped up reporting, and improved guest response times. It paid for itself quicker than expected.
Their ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable strategies tailored to each client’s needs is exceptional. Their consulting approach is both strategic and hands-on.
They took the time to understand how we operate, pinpointed areas that needed tightening up, and implemented practical solutions that have genuinely improved our turnaround times and overall clarity.

Level 57, 25 Martin Place, in the Sydney CBD — a few minutes’ walk from both Wynyard and Martin Place stations. Most first conversations with city clients happen in person here. If getting into town is inconvenient we will come to you, or run it remotely.
Yes — across Greater Sydney, including North Sydney, Parramatta, Macquarie Park, Norwest and the Inner West, and nationally from this office. On-site time is scoped into the engagement wherever the work genuinely needs someone in the room; the rest runs remotely, which keeps the cost down for clients further out.
Two things. We hold no reseller agreements or vendor commissions, so the recommendation is not settled before the assessment starts — and our own engineers deliver what we advise, rather than handing it to an implementation partner. Between them they remove the two most common reasons an IT consulting engagement in Sydney ends in a document nobody acts on.
Often that is exactly the brief. Plenty of clients have a managed service provider running day-to-day support and want an independent view on strategy, spend, or a decision the incumbent has an interest in. We are not trying to displace your MSP — and because we do not sell managed services, we have no reason to.
About an hour, free, no deck. You describe the symptom — costs creeping, a system nobody trusts, a decision that keeps getting deferred — and we tell you what we think is actually going on and whether it is worth paying anyone to fix. Sometimes the honest answer is that it is not, and we will say so.
The first conversation is usually within a week. An assessment typically begins a week or two after that, depending on how much of your environment we need access to. If something is genuinely urgent — a failed audit, a contract deadline, a system that has stopped being viable — say so and we will tell you honestly whether we can move at that pace.
