AI and automation
Sydney businesses can measure
Revenue-generating AI and automation for Sydney businesses, built by the engineers who scope it.
The Aussie automation partner rated
When it comes to AI and automation, we are the Sydney firm that ships the build, not the roadmap.
Plenty of firms will tell you what to do. Far fewer will be in the room when it goes live, and fewer still will write down what it was supposed to be worth beforehand. Our engineers do both, which is the only reason we can put a number against the work before you have signed anything.
What we do for Sydney businesses
Six lines of work, run out of one CBD office. Most engagements start with one and widen once the first has paid for itself.
IT Consulting Services
IT strategy, infrastructure audits, vendor selection, security posture and cost optimisation. Independent of every vendor, and delivered by the engineers who wrote the recommendation.
IT consulting in Sydney → 02AI Consulting Services
Where AI actually pays in your business, and where it does not. Readiness assessment, use-case shortlisting, then engineering the one or two that carry a number.
AI consulting in Sydney → 03Workflow Automation
The manual handoffs between your systems: quoting, onboarding, reconciliation, reporting. Rebuilt so they run without someone remembering to run them.
Workflow automation → 04Bespoke Systems
When the off-the-shelf option would cost more in workarounds than the build costs outright. Scoped against the number it has to return before a line is written.
Bespoke systems → 05Cloud & Infrastructure
Migrations, right-sizing and the spend review most Sydney businesses defer for a year longer than they should. We hold no reseller margin on any of it.
Cloud & infrastructure → 06CTO as a Service
Senior technical judgement on a retainer, for the Sydney business that needs the decision made properly but not a full-time executive to make it.
CTO as a service →Outside Sydney, or after the national detail on how we scope and price? Browse every capability we deliver.
Four things that decide whether it works
None of them are about technology. They are about who does the work, who they answer to, and whether anyone wrote down what it was supposed to be worth.
The people who scope it build it
The engineers in your first conversation are the engineers on the work. Nothing is scoped by one firm and handed to an implementation partner who was not in the room when the decision was made.
Every recommendation carries a number
Before a line is written we agree what the work has to return and how it will be measured. If we cannot make that number credible, we say the project is not worth doing, which happens more often than you would expect.
We sell no software
No reseller agreements, no vendor commissions, no margin riding on the platform you end up with. It also means we have no reason to move you off software you already own and are using perfectly well.
You can get to us
One office, Level 57 at 25 Martin Place, between Wynyard and Martin Place stations. Not a mailbox and not a rotating account manager. The same people, in the same room, for the length of the engagement.
Built for businesses across Sydney and NSW
Not a logo wall of everyone we have ever emailed. These are NSW businesses whose systems we actually built.
Financial services · Sydney
Lending and capital workflows that used to move through inboxes and spreadsheets, rebuilt so the process holds the state instead of a person remembering to chase it.
Procurement · Sydney
Procurement operations wired end to end, so ordering, approvals and supplier data stop living in three systems that disagree with each other.
We built TOIPA from scratch: a paid program that runs itself and generates the income sustaining Link Foundation’s free core services in Western Sydney.
Retail · trades across Sydney
An AI consultant on the website that turns browsing into booked in-store quotes. A lead channel for the store network that did not exist before we built it.
Retail · trades across Sydney
Catalogue, stock and order flow joined up across channels, so what the site promises and what the warehouse can actually ship are the same thing.
Want the detail rather than the summary?
The full write-ups: what the problem was, what we built, what it returned.
A consulting firm in the Sydney CBD you can actually get hold of
We sit on Level 57 at 25 Martin Place, a few minutes’ walk from Martin Place and Wynyard stations. Most first conversations with city clients happen in person, across a table, not on a screen share with someone in another timezone.
From here we cover Greater Sydney: North Sydney, Parramatta, Macquarie Park, Norwest, the Inner West and out to the Hills. On-site time gets scoped into the engagement wherever the work genuinely needs someone in the room. The rest runs remotely, which keeps the cost sane for clients further out.
The people you meet in that first conversation are the people who do the work. We hold no reseller agreements and take no vendor commissions, so nothing is recommended because it pays us better.
Sydney office
Sydney NSW 2000
Sydney is not one market
A Barangaroo funds business and a Wetherill Park manufacturer have almost nothing in common except the postcode prefix. Where you sit changes what is worth building first.
CBD & Barangaroo
Funds, insurance, law and professional services. The work here is usually reporting that takes three people a week to assemble, or a compliance obligation being met by hand because nobody trusts the system enough to automate it.
North Sydney & Chatswood
Mid-market head offices that grew past their systems. Typically a finance or ops team running the business out of spreadsheets that sit beside an ERP nobody finished implementing.
Macquarie Park
Pharma, medtech and R&D-heavy operations, where the constraint is rarely software and usually validation, data lineage and being able to show how a number was produced.
Parramatta & Western Sydney
Councils, health, community services, education and the manufacturers out through Wetherill Park and Smithfield. Tight budgets, real reporting obligations, and the least tolerance on earth for a system that adds a step. We build out here often. The Link Foundation is in Penrith.
Alexandria, Mascot & Port Botany
Freight, wholesale and distribution. Orders, stock and delivery status usually live in three systems that disagree, and someone spends their morning deciding which one to believe.
Norwest & the Hills
Professional services and manufacturing head offices that moved out of the city and kept the city’s systems. Quoting, scheduling and job costing are where the money leaks.
Further out is normal for us too: the Central Coast, the Illawarra, the Hunter. On-site time is scoped into the engagement rather than billed as a surprise. If it is your sector rather than your postcode you want to read about, start with the industries we work in.
Common Questions
Almost nobody arrives with a service name. They arrive with a symptom. If the problem is spend, vendor lock-in or a system nobody trusts, start with IT consulting services. If it is “everyone says we should be doing something with AI”, start with AI consulting services. If you are not sure which, the first conversation sorts it out at no cost.
No. The office is in the CBD because it is the easiest place in Sydney for everyone to reach, but the client base runs across Greater Sydney, including North Sydney, Parramatta, Macquarie Park, Norwest and the Inner West, and nationally. On-site time is scoped in where the work needs someone physically present; everything else runs remotely.
No, and this is the thing worth checking with anyone you speak to. We hold no reseller agreements and take no vendor commissions, so the recommendation is not settled before the assessment starts. It also means we have no reason to talk you out of software you already own and are using perfectly well.
Sydney is where our office is. Melbourne is our other main market, and we also work with clients in Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and Tasmania. See what we do for Melbourne businesses. Outside Sydney the work runs remotely by default, with travel scoped into the engagement where the job genuinely needs someone on site.
Alongside them, usually. A lot of Sydney mid-market teams are perfectly capable and simply have no room: they are keeping the lights on for the whole business and cannot also take six months out to rebuild a core process. We take the build, they keep the context, and they own it when we are done. We are not trying to become the team you already have.
That before the work starts we write down what it should be worth, and how we will check. That means hours returned, errors removed, or revenue that was not being captured. It is an ordinary line in the scope, not a formal guarantee. Its real value is earlier than that: putting a number on the page is the fastest way to find out that a project everyone assumed was worth doing is not.
