Often the faster answer is connecting what you already run and automating the reporting around it, and we will tell you plainly when that is the case.

Around the ERP we work with Salesforce, Azure, AWS and the automation layer (Power Automate, n8n, UiPath, Make and Zapier), and just as importantly with the SCADA, metering, asset and field systems an ERP will never replace.

AI is only ever as good as the data underneath it, so the order matters: connect the systems, unify and clean the data, automate the repetitive flows, then apply AI where it genuinely earns its place, such as document handling, customer enquiries, forecasting support and exception triage. We will not pretend every problem in this sector needs AI. Most of what slows an energy business down is plumbing, and plumbing is fixable.

Usually not. Most energy and utilities stacks do not need replacing, they need connecting. We integrate what is already working and only recommend replacing a system when it is a genuine bottleneck. Either way you own everything we build, and we will tell you honestly which is which.

It depends on scope, which is why we scope first. A single integration or one automated step in the billing run usually lands within a few weeks. Larger programs are staged so operations are never interrupted: each stage goes live and starts paying for itself before the next one begins.

Security is designed in from the start, not patched on later.
