We’ll spend up to 15–20 hours doing real, hands-on work on your business — a build, an integration, a diagnostic — depending on what makes sense for your situation. At our standard rates, that’s up to $3,000 worth of consulting. There’s no invoice at the end of it.
Something working and specific to your business — typically a live automation, AI assistant or dashboard, plus the documentation that goes with it. It’s yours, and you can use it however you want.
Usually two to four hours in total, depending on the project: a short scoping call, a working session with someone who knows the process, and whatever it takes to get us access to the relevant systems. We deliberately keep it light — the point of the offer is that we do the work.
We’re happy to sign your NDA before we see anything. System access is scoped to the build, credentials are handled securely, and everything we produce belongs to you. If the work touches sensitive data, we’ll agree the boundaries before starting.
We reply within one business day and scope within the week. Most free engagements are delivered within two to three weeks of kickoff — the main variable is how quickly we can get time with the right people and access to the right systems.

The consulting work itself is completely free. What isn’t covered are third-party costs — things like server hosting, API usage, and AI platform fees. We’ll be upfront about what applies to your specific engagement before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Most problems touch more than one area anyway. Just describe what’s slowing your business down and we’ll suggest where to start. If we’re not the right fit for what you’re dealing with, we’ll tell you that too.
Possibly. If the scope of your problem warrants more time, we’ll have that conversation openly. Some engagements start with the free build and grow naturally from there. We won’t do more without agreeing it with you first.
